Once a month the shire members get together to talk about the business of the shire.  Topics might include organizing of an upcoming event, upkeep of shire inventory, participating in possible demonstrations,  or planning of an A&S get-together.

The Shire meeting is currently on the last Sunday of the month at 4pm held in the SMB Bank community room at Zora and Rangeline in Joplin.
